Make the most of your days this new year by setting SMART goals:
- Specific
- Measurable
- Achievable
- Relevant
- Time-bound
When you choose enough realistic tasks for your day, you’ll accomplish more and feel motivated to continue reaching those goals day in and day out.
Consider what a regular day looks like for you – do you work full-time? Are you a stay at home mom?
What kinds of non-negotiables do you have in your days?
Estimate how long they take and be realistic about how much time you have left over to accomplish other things – it’s very easy to overload your schedule but doing so only causes unnecessary frustration.
However, it’s also easy to forget about how much time we waste every day on our phones with things like social media.
Setting up Screen Time reports on my iPhone was a life-changing thing – it’s incredible how all of those little actions added up to nearly four hours a day!
